Carrie Drinkwine is the founder and CEO of the Institute of Regenerative Health, founder of Wise Wellness Holistic Clinic, and founder of the Regenerative Soul Institute. She is an educator, entrepreneur, speaker, and practitioner known for her unique and integrative approach to regenerative health, nervous system science, lifestyle medicine, and human potential.

Carrie’s work is built around one defining philosophy: your biology becomes your biography, and your biography becomes your biology. She teaches that our health, resilience, and success are shaped by the continuous interaction between our biology, environment, beliefs, emotions, and lived experiences. Through her unique systems-based framework, she explores how nutrition, lifestyle, stress physiology, environmental factors, and human bioenergetics influence the body’s capacity to adapt, repair, and thrive.

She is also the creator of the Regenerative Soul framework, which explores how unresolved trauma, limiting beliefs, and what she describes as “soul loss” can disconnect people from their authentic potential.
